Since 1996, we’ve been providing exceptional service to thousands of insurance agents nationwide. When it matters most, we’re there to help. Our staff of insurance experts will work with you to design a program that meets the needs of both you and your insureds. We have in-house resources that allow us to react immediately and provide multiple quotes within 24 hours. Our long-standing relationships with A.M. Best A Rated carriers gives us the advantage to open doors that would otherwise be closed. PMC takes a collaborative approach to each account and uses agency partners to develop solutions designed to best cover your client’s needs.

THE PMC VISION

After 27 years working for a large P & C insurance company, I decided it was time to build a company that was truly reflective of my values and the values of those associates that worked with our customers day in and day out. Our customers are the over 1000 independent agents located in over 42 states across the country. They come to PMC looking for help in finding viable markets and/or insurance programs for their workers’ compensation customers that they can’t place with their own in-house carriers.

My vision was to create a national wholesale facility dedicated to providing superior products and services to these customers, built on the foundation that PMC, our customers, and our carriers work together in the spirit of true partnership. A partnership dedicated to treating each other with dignity and respect and guided by the principal that we treat each other in a manner in which we wish to be treated.

15 years later PMC has over 1100 agents, an excess of 3000 insureds and will write over $110 million in annual premium. I am grateful to the many agents that have sought our products and services, of the carriers that have provided those products and services, our loyal insureds, and the hardworking and dedicated employees of PMC that everyday help make the vision come true.

We are proud of our ability to find the right solutions for our agents in the time frames they require. Our in-house resources and longstanding relationships with our carriers allow us to turn around quotes in many instances in less than 24 hours.

PMC currently represents several carriers whose wide underwriting scope enables us to provide competitive quotes for almost all types of workers’ compensation risks.

PMC can write in most states depending on premium size and exposure.

In general, under $100,000 in standard premium, an eligible mod is between .70 and 1.8. For accounts over $100,000 in standard premium, there is no minimum or maximum.

Our markets have the ability to write accounts from $3500 and up, depending on state and class of business.

PMC can write workers’ comp in a broad range of classes, including the more difficult classes such as contractors, truckers, restaurants, nursing, hotels, manufacturing and more.

Give us a call! Our sales staff is always happy to discuss opportunities with new agents. We require a signed Producer Agreement and a copy of the agent’s license and E&O Dec page. To start the submission process we need an Acord 130 applications and the most recent experience modification worksheet.

Yes. In most states we can write workers’ comp for new ventures in any class of business.

Yes, we have solutions for those cancelled & non-payment accounts coming out of a PEO; off anniversary or may have had an adverse loss problem.

A binder will be issued and a Customer Service Representative will be assigned to your account who will handle all aspects of the account from the time of binding to expiration.

At PMC, service is our highest priority. If your Sales Executive is not available, ask the operator to direct you to someone who will be of assistance in their absence.
